Please mark your calendar for the following important dates for 2025:

• July 4^th parade and ice cream social (if past coordinators still plan to do this).  Please watch our Facebook page and/or website where updates will be posted.  Thank you to the coordinators of this great yearly event.

• The 2025 Kingswood Homeowners Association annual picnic and meeting will be held on Sunday September 14, 2025. The location will be the property with the metal pole barn near the pond. The HOA will supply BBQ, beans, and coleslaw. Neighbors are encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert to share as well as their own drinks and chairs. Lunch begins at 1:00PM with the HOA annual business meeting starting at 2:00PM. We look forward to seeing you there for fellowship, food, and discussion about Kingswood Subdivision!
