New board members are normally elected at the annual meeting to fill vacancies or rotate off existing members who have served for many years per the Kingswood Association bylaws. The board presents an opportunity for a member to see the inner workings of our neighborhood association. The board meets on the third Tuesday of each odd numbered month. Each meeting entails committee discussions about neighborhood issues, projects, and financials. The meetings are planned and held to one hour in length. Ask a current board member about their experience on the board.
